For Students

Student Council

Welcome to the St Mac Dara’s Student Council Web Page.

The role of the Student Council is to make the school a better place for students. The council acts as a representative of the student body to express points of view to the management. The members of the Student Council 2024 are;

  • Jamie Griffin and Abi Massey Mills in 1st Year
  • Eimear Holmes and Cian O Toole in 2nd Year
  • Callum Stowe and Ciara McCarthy in 3rd Year
  • Reece Kane, Pierce Delaney, Ellie Molloy and Ella O’Keeffe in 4th Year
  • Grace Quinn and Cian Sheehy Al-Alao in 5th Year

The council are currently working on an initiative to paint all the internal school doors. Each base area would be a different colour. This will help first year students and new students find their way more easily around the school.
